Legal terms governing your use of usulnet software and services.
Last updated: March 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of usulnet software licenses. By purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. usulnet is developed and distributed by its contributors under the AGPL-3.0-or-later license for the Community Edition, and under commercial license terms for the Business and Enterprise editions.
Business licenses are billed annually via Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR. The subscription automatically renews each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Important: usulnet licenses are digital content that is delivered immediately upon payment. By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
Before completing payment, you are required to check a consent box confirming:
This consent is recorded with a timestamp and your IP address as proof of agreement.
All sales of digital license keys are final and non-refundable.
Because the license key (a signed JWT token) is delivered immediately and can be used instantly, refunds are not available once the license has been issued. This policy is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive exception for digital content delivered with prior express consent.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using your license, contact support@usulnet.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
Each license key is bound to a single usulnet instance via a unique fingerprint. You may deactivate and reactivate your license on a different instance through the license portal at id.usulnet.com or via Settings → License in your usulnet dashboard.
License keys cannot be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties without written consent.
We reserve the right to revoke a license if:
Revocation does not entitle the licensee to a refund.
An active Business or Enterprise license entitles you to all software updates released during your subscription period. After the subscription expires, the software continues to function with the features available at the time of expiration, but no further updates will be provided.
Community Edition users may seek support through the GitHub issue tracker. Business license holders receive priority support via email. Enterprise license holders receive dedicated support as specified in their agreement.
usulnet is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the authors and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Spain.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
